My first finger lakes beer company brew! Very excited for this new brewery to open up on the fingerlakes.
A- amber red body with a decent head of foam that slowly disappears leaving not much foam around
S- a slight whiff of caramel and malt that's mingles with some spices. A sweet sugary theme is expected
T- good taste of caramel and brown sugar are at the forefront of the brew. The scotch flavor shows up at the end. Pretty good
M- great carbonation meshes well with some syrupy flavor
D- this may be the most drinkable scottish ales out there! Very good flavors make this a big time session brew!
