We rested our Four Paws Quad in Cabernet Sauvignon barrels for nearly two years, resulting in a luxurious thick bodied Belgian dark ale. Featuring a robust 14.5% ABV, this strong ale is loaded with rich malt, fig, and vinous dark fruit flavors. The beer’s sweetness is balanced by the tannins transferred from the extended barrel aging, leaving a nuanced sipper for any occasion.
