A- Cloudy pale orange body with a thin bubbly white head.
S- Honey, pepper, Belgian yeast, citrus, lemon bread.
T- Honey comes through first, with the yeasty, peppery flavors in the back. Citrus and bread like flavors towards the end as well. Some boozy notes too.
M- Somewhat thick and not as bubbly as I expected. Medium carbonation, full bodied.
O- An interesting beer, but not a great interpretation of the style. Could use more of the peppery notes and less booze.
