The beer pours a very cloudy light yellow color with a white head. The beer is very milky in appearance. The aroma is heavy on the wheat and citrus with a little bit of Belgian yeast character. The flavor is more of the same, but the citrus is less intense than in the aroma. I get a lot of wheat and grass notes, as well as quite a bit of alcohol. You can definitely taste the 8 percent ABV in this beer. Medium mouthfeel and medium carbonation.
