March 2020: Cask pint at the Jugged Hare, Barbican. Chestnut colour, slightly off-white head. Malty aroma. Malty flavour, some slightly roast malts, medium dry, a slight fruity tingle on the tongue. Nice.

Cask at Founder's Arms, London, England
A: The beer is crystal clear dark reddish amber in color and has no visible carbonation. It poured with a quarter finger high off white head that left a collar around the edge of the glass.
S: Light aromas of toffee are present in the nose along with hints of tea leaves and caramel malts.
T: The taste has flavors of toffee with hints of tea and caramel.
M: It feels medium-bodied on the palate and has a low to moderate amount of carbonation.
O: This beer is really pleasant when having it on cask.
Serving type: cask
