You smell the smell of smoke and ash, in the first sewer there's wood and the dry and bitter black tea when you slip away, some smoke and then a wet dry finish

Smoked beer made with Lapsang Souchong tea. Was recommended this at De Bierkoning in Amsterdam and was too curious to resist. Feared the combination might be a trainwreck but it turned out surprisingly well - full-bodied with dark fruits, decent levels of smoke and a lingering aftertaste of tea. Would definitely revisit it if I'm back in Amsterdam.
