Designed and brewed with the help of beer writer Melissa Cole, who accompanied the team to hand-pick fresh British hops from the vine, race back to Ilkley and brew immediately. Last year's variant was brewed with regular yeast rather than La Chouffe, and with rye malt. Black peppercorns and Cardemon are added to complement the intense, spicy character of the fresh Goldings hops.
