Pours straw coloured and cloudy into a tulip glass. Small white head dissipates to suds after a short moment.
Aroma of grassy wheat, citrus sours, wheat and acidity.
Flavour is sour lemon, lemon grass, vegetative bitterness, tart wheat and fresh hops.
Mouthfeel is light and refreshing, ending dry and carbonated.
Overall I'm not a huge fan of Berliner Weisses but I've enjoyed this hoppy version.
