S- Toasty, embers of a fire, cold coffee.
L- Poured inky black with 5mm head that was an unusually dark caramel brown colour that cleared quickly to lacing.
T- Toast, smoke, log-fires, cold coffee and black molasses.
M- It's well balanced. It has quite a pungent stout profile but I think the 4.9% allows it the richness to find that balance.
O- I'm not historically a stout drinker often finding it thin and bitter, This one though is very drinkable.
