Pint from cask at The Phoenix Inn in York, just inside the old city walls. Absolute gem of a pub. Had a sample of this and knew right away I had to get a full pint. Deliciously smooth, refreshing, grainy ale with a quality finish and great drinkability. So light, so clean, so tasty. Light cereal grain but it’s so fresh. Really good stuff.
