EverGreen Dream is a true Winter treat. Brewed to the New England IPA style, utilizing additions of Vienna malt and flaked grains in the mash. Brewed utilizing Bennington, Vermont grown spruce tips, hand picked the old fashioned way by our very own brew team. Add to this a whirlpool addition of Columbus lupulin hops and a respectable Dry-Hopping with both Simcoe Lupulin and Chinook Hops!

16oz can from the brewery in Bennington, VT
Opaque dark orange with lingering white head and excellent lacing, smells sweet and herbaceous with a hint of vanilla, taste is sweet malts up front with hints of vanilla that transitions into cool mint/spruce and finishes with a nice citrus zest bitterness, body is medium with smooth carbonation and a slight cooling/tingling sensation. An excellent spruce IPA, I suspect the can was not as fresh as the sampler from the keg as the nose on the sample was quite spicy and dank. Still, excellent!
