On tap at brewpub. This was poured into a pint glass. The appearance was a nice looking hazy golden orange color with a slim bar pour’s kind of head. Barely any lacing. The smell had some sweet cracker to light lemon sweetness. Lighter in the wheat and coriander than expected. The taste was mainly malty sweet with a nice slight spice of the coriander blending in to accompany a nice aftertaste. Smooth finish. On the palate, this one sat about a light on the body with a great sessionability about it. Carbonation runs fairly light. Overall, I say this was a really nice witbier that I would have again.

First had: on tap at the brewpub
Murky straw-yellow pour with a small head of clear-white bubbles that didn't stick around too long. Aroma of toasted grains, light citrusy and floral notes. Taste of sugary cereal grains, butterscotch, Belgian yeast, and flowery esters. My notes actually say, "buttery Blue Moon," which sounded disgusting even to me as I wrote it down, but somehow I actually found it enjoyable to drink in a weird way that I can't otherwise put into words. Light body, a little chewy in the mouthfeel. Not something I'd choose to go for again, nor is it a style I typically imbibe, but it was an interesting beer, even if not exceptionally good.

On tap at the brewpub and served with an orange wedge for whatever reason.
Pours a murky cloudy light grapefruit juice without much of a head or retention. Smell is lemony with a spicy wheat aroma. I pick up oranges as well, but I'm not sure if that came form the beer or the wedge I tossed aside. Taste follows the aroma fairly well and was better than I thought it would be. Mildly spicy with lemon and pepper and phenols. Medium body and level of carbonation, tart slick mouthfeel. Decent wit that I enjoyed.
