Poured from the tap at Madison Brewing Company in Bennington; assumed fresh. Pours dark, rich blackish-brown with thin but persistent white head. Great lacing. Smells of subtle roasted coffee with a following taste that couples with sweet chocolate. Very pleasant tasting and great take on the style.
