BB end 2005.Great carbonisation creates a perfect head and a nice golden colored beer with fine opalizing haze. Nose is very delicate too showing lots of brett, oak, fine maltyness with obvious wheaty carracter, yeastfruit giving strawberry and cherriearome, fine sourness and a hint of orangepeals. Overall fine carracter. Taste is good too having a sherry note, oakiness, sourness, good maltyness and a overal good taste. Mouthfeel gives a very fresh impression but maybe( cause of age and brett) litle thin body. Good beer that stood up too the age it had and is still very enjoyable IMO but it will be hard to find it anywhere. BTW only 6.2% ABV so not so strong as listed under.

Appearance: amber, slight haze, medium layer of off-white foam that flattens to a creamy film, some lace
Aroma: syrupy malt sweetness, dusty cinnamon and clove, herbally hops
Flavor: mild biscuity malt profile, quite tangy, medicinal hop flavor, throaty bitterness, grape-skins, yeasty twinge, finishes dryish with an herbally/bready aftertaste
Mouthfeel: medium body, fine carbonation, slight acidity
Other comments: Not very impressed. The tanginess seems out of place as it's not counter-pointed by anything. There's just not a lot to this beer. Also, I'm not sure who brewed it. It may have been brewed by another brewery based on a recipe be Caulier.
