BB 04-08. Very good presentation with overwelming and forever lasting head. Pale golden beercolor and cristal clear.
Nose is very spiced and great maltyness. Spices not easy to define but listed is Irish moss. Further hops and gagel I would say but nice and green spiced overal with piney notes. Candy notes in nose aswell as in taste. Further again the irish moss that is makingtaste hard to define. Alcohol comes quiet good probably enhanced by spice. Aftertaste is bitter but clean. Good mouthfeel also as taste is well balanced and full and carbonisation brings the fresh green more up front. Yes enjoyed this one and worth a try.
