A: Clear yellow with a medium white head that settles quickly.
S: Aroma has citrus/grapefruit and a bit of unexpected mustiness.
T: Savannah says it "has a bite" - nice complexity and a bit of sourness.
M: Good body for a white beer.
D: One of the top white beers, should be sought after. Available at the brewer's store in the schoolhouse brewery in Oost Vleteren.

Bottle courtesy of Bu11zeye: Poured a hazy light yellow color ale with a big foamy head with good retention and some lacing. Aroma of coriander and wheat is refreshing. Taste is a mix between some coriander, orange peel and a potent wheat malt profile. This beer has load of carbonation with almost a spritzer-like feel to it and a full body with minimal filtration. Very refreshing beer overall but a more accentuated spice profile with bigger malt would have been awesome.

Pours a foggy gold. White head. Nose is like a chocolate banana bread. But no real strong character from either of those two that really give distinction. Its really just a vague hit that I get that I am pulling. Airy citrus. Flavor is a bitter citrus that has a kick me in the mouth tang. Calms down over time, but it stays there. Feel has a decently bodied liquid feel and the carbonation is good. Overall the verdict is that its pretty good, but definitely not worth the price. Even though its a pretty good one, hindsight leads me to feel like I wouldnt have missed anything if I had passed on trying this one.

Hazy white-ish light grainy straw color with a big white head at first that subsides with light carbonation. Strange off-aroma ... with some fruity orange-peel aroma and light spice but mostly an off citrusy character. All funky citrusy fruit flavor with little traditional Wit character. Light bodied with a biting citrusy finish.
Pass.

Lot: A / 6 / AA (notched)

Selection of the Beer-of-the-Month Club. Poured a hazy light golden color with white foamy head. Nice lacing. Smell is appropriate for for the style, with some spices (cloves) and fruity notes present. Taste is a good follow-through of the smell with some nice spicy notes present. Finish is nice and refreshing, and very enjoyable on a warm summer afternoon. Easy drinking. Good example of the style, but nothing out of the ordinary.

Light yellow, lightly hazy. White foam, average compactness.
At the smell the coriander overall. But there is also something not too pleasant, maybe something like cauliflower?
The taste is a bit better. Some citric. But not convincing, anyway.
Some coriander spiciness.
The aftertaste it is not very different.
Average to low in body.
