This beer has been mislabeled, not an American IPA. Seems to be a type of wild ale. Bought it from a bargain bin.
Poured from a bottle into a tulip glass. Murky reddish brown color with good head and lacing. Funky, slightly sour smell and taste. Herbal and earthy. Fruit and berry flavors more pronounced as it warms. Pleasant enough and wish I picked up a couple more bottles.

I bought a variety of Scandinavian beers, including Nordic by Nature. It certainly not the best Scandinavian IPA I’ve had but it was good enough, and a bit different.
Look: semi-clear peach-yellow-reddish with a very thick off-white head.
Aroma: piney, citrus some funky yeast
Taste: It was a little bit fruity, grapefruit, a piney bitterness, quite tart, and a dry gin-like bitterness, but not too much.
Feel: Medium bodied

Pours hazy orange-amber into a glass from a bottle. Offwhite head is foamy, creamy with moderate retention.
Aroma is quite tart and earthy; it has the sweet sticky nose of candied peach, a little dank pineapple, leafy resiny hops, coriander, and yeast.
The flavour is very tart on the draw before turning to herbal bitters on the middle and back palate; that sour pineapple and mango comes through strong with juniper, ligonberry and some tannin acerbicness. After the fruit it turns to subtle bready notes, coriander, earthy must and then some vegetative hops come through on the finish.
Mouthfeel is medium bodied; there's a little oilyness going on as well as a dryness on the swallow.
Usually not a fan of sour beers but this leans more towards the tart and herbal rather than the sour. There's an extraordinary balance going on with this ale which takes the good aspects of each ingredient and integrates them in a way which doesn't cause one-sidedness. Give it a go.

Hazy orange-brown color. Huge, billowing off-white head with blanketing lacing forming shapes on the glass.
Herbal hop aroma with a dense, musty quality.
Flavor is dominated by yeast. Hops creep up now and then with a floral, salty, garlicy flavor. Underlying stale honey sweetness. Unbalanced. I'm sensing some acidic qualities in the finish. Not sure if this was intentional or if this beer was infected with wild yeast/bacteria strains.
Fuller body. Light carbonation from small bubbles. Grainy, yeasty, rough texture on the tongue.
Different from any other IPA I've had but far from the best. Among other things, way too much made its way into the bottle.

Golden orange and cloudy with fine bubbles. 3 fingers of beige head, nice lacing.
Hints of caramel, peach, and berries.
Big sour notes, tannic and tart all round. Berries and bitterness.
Medium body, moderate carbonation, acidic, tannic finish.
Tastes like some sour berries from the northern frontier. Crisp, bitter and refreshing. I'm really liking it. Got off wishbeer, drank in Chiang Mai May 14th, 2016.

From a bottle in a pint glass
L - very hazy. looks like grapefruit juice. not too much lacing and no head retention. nice white collar of foam
S - nice clean smell. not sweet or bready. a little bit of tart and sour funk comes through. traces of DMS
T - well most definitely bitter. tastes like chewing on spruce needles. has lots of gin like qualities. ive never had sea buckthorn before but it must lend to the bitterness. the hops are pretty subtle. slightly grapefruit hops. has the acidity of orange juice
F - has a medium to medium high body. the consistency of a DIPA. pretty low carbonation. very dry. reminds me of drinking gin.
O - i found this beer to be pretty interesting. its an absolute sipping beverage. again the most notable characteristics were the gin-like dryness and spruce needle taste. the hops were very subtle but noticeable in the citrusy aftertaste. not sure if i would buy this again but it was a unique brew. almost gives the impression that it could be a sour

Shared bottle. Light hops, especially on the tongue, for an IPA.
Fruity with some distinctive flavors and aromatics, presumably from some unusual adjuncts.
Mild to moderate bitterness.
Good carbonation but a bit too thin.
