A - Pours pick black with a thick toffee colored lacing ring and a moderate covering of light creamy foam across the top. Sticky on the sides of the glass.
S - Dark chocolate, char, cream, bourbon, and some vanilla with faint oak.
T - Dry char, dark bittersweet chocolate, bourbon, vanilla, toffee, cream, light oak, and finishes with a mocha light to moderate bitterness that lingers.
M - Medium body, velvet on the tongue, somewhat creamy, lingering dark chocolate and bourbon.
O - Nicely done.
