Peachy brown and cloudy with a few large bubbles. Topped with 2 fingers of cappuccino like beige head.
Fruity, a hint of passion fruit, peaches, clean linen, a sort of dry yeasty, dusty quality.
SOUR!!! Yes, super tart with a hint of fruitiness which at first is not specific. Sure, its peachy, lemony, and passion fruit it must be. The dusty quality is there on the tongue as well.
Light, acidic, very drying and puckering. Powdery but almost oily carbonation.
Got on wish beer, drank in Chiang Mai Nov 18th, 2015. Excellent brew. Reminiscent of Cantillon's fruit lambics.

Pours amber with a fading head.
Nose shows passion fruit, lemon rind, elderflower, soft wheat.
More passion fruit as a flavour, lasting forever. A reasonable tartness, hinting as lemon and gooseberries.
