Copper orange color with a thick huge beige head with great retention.
Malty aroma with notes of oranges marmalade, caramels, cinnamon, biscuit and lychees.
Similarly, flavor with notes of toasted malts, oat, caramel, orange marmalade, some resin, tea leaves, mild spices, papaya, melon, yellow fruits and a bit of pine. Dry and bitter aftertaste.
Medium towards full body with appropriate mild carbonation.
Despite its huge hop variety (26), malt dominated the recipe and overshadow the more delicate hop flavors. Still, citrusy and overripe tropical notes insisted to be around.
