A: Poured into a tulip glass to a reddish amber topped by a dense and rocky two finger off white head that retains well and leaves decent lacing
S: Smells of juicy raspberries, some funky brett and a little spicy yeast
T: Taste is slightly tart and juicy raspberries with hints of funk and some spicy yeast notes. Mostly raspberries and funk though. Swallow is more raspberries and brett with some slight lingering tartness
M: This beer has a body that is on the lighter side of medium. Carbonation is slightly prickly and the beer has a slightly drying finish
O: Probably a better fruit beer than a saison. Decent but not great or worth revisiting.

330 ml bottle into tulip glass, best before 4/27/2021. Slight gusher upon opening. Pours slightly hazy ruby red/pinkish/orange color with a 1-2 finger fairly dense and fluffy light pink head with good retention, that reduces to a small cap that lingers. Nice spotty soapy lacing clings on the glass, with a moderate amount of streaming carbonation retaining the cap. Aromas of huge juicy/lightly tart raspberries, cherry, peach, pineapple, lemon, orange, melon, pear, red grape, apple, light caramel, toasted bread, hay, straw, pepper, light musty funk, and yeast earthiness. Damn nice aromas with great balance and complexity of fruity/funky/spicy yeast, raspberries, citrus/tropical hops, and moderate bready malt notes; with great strength. Taste of huge juicy/lightly tart raspberries, cherry, peach, pineapple, lemon, orange, melon, pear, red grape, apple, light caramel, toasted bread, hay, straw, pepper, light musty funk, and yeast/toasted earthiness. Light yeast spiciness, fruit tartness, and herbal bitterness on the finish. Lingering notes of raspberry, cherry, peach, pineapple, lemon, orange, melon, pear, red grape, apple, toasted bread, hay, straw, pepper, light musty funk, and yeast/toasted earthiness on the finish for a good bit. Great complexity, robustness, and balance of fruity/funky/spicy yeast, raspberries, citrus/tropical hops, and moderate bready malt flavors; with a great malt/bitter/tart/spiciness balance, and zero cloying flavors after the finish. Light dryness from tart/bitter/spiciness and carbonation; increasing through the glass. Medium-high carbonation and medium body; with a very smooth, moderately bready/grainy/sticky, and fairly crisp/acidic balanced mouthfeel that is great. Zero warming alcohol for 6%. Overall this is an awesome fruited Brett saison! All around great complexity, robustness, and balance of fruity/funky/spicy yeast, raspberries, and moderate bready malt flavors; very smooth, crisp, and pretty refreshing to drink with the balanced tart/acidic/spicy finish. Not as much funk as I expected, but the Brett complexity is very well rounded; with awesome balance of all other flavor components. A really delicious offering.

A: The beer is relatively clear light ruby red in color and has a light amount of visible carbonation. It poured with a finger high off white head (with some pinkish hues) that died down, leaving a collar around the edge and lots of lacing down the sides of the glass.
S: Light aromas of funky Brettanomyces yeast are present in the nose along with notes of raspberries.
T: The taste starts off with a little funkiness from the brett and has stronger notes of raspberries compared to the smell, the latter of which linger into the finish. There is also a light amount of bitterness.
M: It feels light- to medium-bodied on the palate and has a moderate amount of carbonation.
O: This beer does a good job at balancing the brett and raspberries in the taste. I found it to be quite enjoyable.
