Hazy golden color with white head. Aroma is yeast forward, classic for a belgian style ale. Taste starts sweet with some wheat and yeast notes, continues with floral and citrus notes and finishes slightly bitter. Light body, not overly dry, high carbonation. Overall it's a quite nice tripel with a more intense hop character and well hidden ABV.

Drank on draft at Cerveteca, Lisbon.
A: The body is midway between yellow opaqueness and crystal clear but for a Tripel this should more filtered. The head is minor and is white colored.
S: The aroma is filled with two profiles, a strong belgian yeast profile and a minor profile of malts.
T: The flavor is great because it's citrusy as a great belgian beer bringing some orange to the taste, connecting both the acidity of the citrus with the sweetness of malts and just a slight but definitely important yeast taste that works as an umbrella for all these flavors. It's great how the engineering here is at top level.
M: Tripel Trouble has a high carbonation, and just as told in the Taste parameter, there's lots of sweetness here and almost no bitterness. It looks like someone forgot to put hops on this.
O: I'm getting crazy with scandinavian beers. This Tripel is a totally different level for me, even when comparing with top level belgian brewers.
