Copenhagen 26/1 2019. 33 cl bottle from Meny, Østerfælled Torv, Kbh Ø. Label with strange way of spelling Fuck It All in order not to bother the Faint of Heart.
Pours hazy, golden yellow with big white head. Stable. Settles as thin layer of foam just covering the surface of the beer. Clinging to and brawling up the sides of the glass. Substantial lacing.
Aroma is intense, fruity and lemonade-ish. Sweet peach, lightly sugary with fairly strong citric notes. The characteristic saltiness lurking in the background.
Light carbonation. Slightly thick and tough, soft texture.
Flavor is medium sweet followed by stronger tart, citric sourness. Light saltiness peeking in. Aftertaste is sour salty. Lingers shortly.
Nice Gose with a lot of flavor and good balance between the tart and the sweet.

Bottle from Market of Choice. Beat by 30 Aug 2019
A hazy orange with a dense, off-white head with good retention and lacing, this looks solid. The nose is fruity and mildly salty, with passionfruit and guava most noticeable. Mildly grainy and wheaty with mango present in the back. The palate opens clean and tart with a blend of mildly watery lactic sourness and some grain before the fruit comes through. Delicate and restrained , arguably excessively so. Most noticeable is the passionfruit sourness with a hint of guava present. Mango is a distant flavor note here. Light in body and a little watery, this beer finishes dry, tart and mildly salty. Refreshing but lacking in depth IMO.

It pours hazy yellow to orange color with a moderately lasting white head. The intense tropical smell is a mix of mango, passionfruit, and lemon. Passionfruit dominates the taste, but slight saltiness (gose!) and wheat sweetness support the complexity. Dry and slightly sour finish. Light bodied, highly-carbonated and slightly acidic on the palate. Well balanced fruity gose which is quite thirst-quenching.

Nice and clear color. Head did not happen. Nose is almost non-existent. Taste hits the palate like a ton of bricks. First is the bitterness hits then a little salty flavor. Additional tastes aren't as shocking. Good Gose.

The gose style of sour ale is red hot right now. It's perfect for those hot weather days for its thirst quenching acidity and its radiant fruit forward flavor. But during winter? To Ol brewers simply don't care. When good beer is good beer, they go by the way what an old wise man once said... Fuck it all!
While the universal cheat codes for sour ale include mango, guava and passionfruit, their Santa Gose uses all three to develop a bright yellow hue and a standard bready haze. Topped with a fluffy white cap, the ale soon leads with the succulent tanginess of tropical fruit, cider, wine and a faint balsa must. Tepid sweetness glosses over the tongue with a scant taste of saltwater taffy, sourdough and a hint of honey.
And then the sweetness quickly drifts away and allows for the fruit-centric taste to take full command. The underlying fruitiness of cider comes with the peculiar tartness of gooseberry, crabapple, white wine and lime. The overlay of tropical fruit lay bold tracks of mango, passionfruit and guava that pull from the sourness and provide the palate with a succulent, tangy, bright taste of fruit punch. A sharp and succinct sourness brings a clean, quick and refreshing character to the late palate.
Light in body, the beer's brisk carbonation, thirst stripping acidity and leads to a quick finish, leaving a hint of burlap and tropical fruit peels in its wake, the underlying salinity of the beer helps to keep the fruit elevated and the flavors rounded without bringing undue attention to its briny efforts. If this is what fuck-it-all tastes like, then we should fuck-it-all a little more.

From Degustasur. In Teku glass. Playing The Stanley Parable. Really nice gose, with a soft saltyness and tartness and a fresh citrusy fruitness that bring lemon and lime reminiscences

Wonderful gose. And perfectly in style for a refreshing experience of christmas. The tartness is very enjoyable, the passion fruit, mango and guava come out wonderfully. The balance is perfect. Went perfectly with a passion fruit saint jacques nuts risotto

Moderate to vigorous pour yields a one and a half inch white head over a very slightly hazy, light golden body with nice lacing. Nose of citrus and a slight sweetness from the passion fruit , guava, and mango. Taste of the three fruit plays nicely with the tartness of the lactic acid with a bit of salt coming forward on the finish. Nice feel for the style and overall, a real nice example of a fruited gose. Cheers!
