The colour is deep yellow with some gold. The two finger head is white and compact; it sinks down to a thick lid leaving some lacing on the glass.
The smell is sweet with dense citric notes. Some bread, sweet herbs and lemonade.
The taste is bitter-sour with spicy notes of lemon, lime and bitter orange. Some perfumed flavours and fresh herbs. Medium body. Lemonade and orange soda in the aftertaste as well as growing citric bitterness. Lemon syrup and bitter fruit drops in the finish.
The carbonation is medium strong, the small bubbles are fresh and long-lived.
Quite a lot of citric lemon flavours in this one. Rather sweet, bur not overly so. Very refreshing.
