A: The beer is slightly hazy yellow in color with faint hues of amber and a light amount of visible carbonation. It poured with a finger high white head that gradually died down, leaving a thin layer of bubbles covering both the surface and the edges of the glass.
S: Light aromas of sourness are present in the nose along with faint bits of Brett yeast. Some hints of elderflowers become noticeable as the beer warms up, which seem to have pear-like aromas.
T: As in the smell, the taste is slightly sour and has fruity flavors of elderflowers that linger into the finish.
M: It feels light- to medium-bodied and slightly tart on the palate with a moderate amount of carbonation.
O: I would consider this to be a "fruitier" version of a sour ale as the elderflowers seem to balance off some of the sourness.

Hazy golden color with white head. Aroma has sour, lactic notes and citrusy hops. Taste follows sour and lactic, hoppy, some bitterness on the finish. Medium body and carbonation. I don't really taste the elderflower but overall it's a nice sour mash ale.
