a: tall tight head, still frothy (ice cream at the bottom of an almost finished shake), hazy amber and peach body. head lingers pleasantly for a while after being poured.
s: sour with a subdued lemon and grass property like a farmhouse.
t: sour up front, granny smith apple, cherry lambic, restrained sweetness. very flavorful.
f: good carbonation, but also a substantial body.
o: given the description on the can ("American-Style Pale Ale") this was certainly a surprise, really enjoyed it though.

16 oz can poured into an IPA glass canned on 3/5.
A: Huge head could barely pour half of it in a glass, fat chunky white that settles slowly. Body is a slightly hazy bright amber orange.
S: sharp sourness, a little funk, followed by some soft tangerine and grapefruit ending a little perfumey and earthy.
T: Beautful soft peach, apricot, the brett makes the beer feel fuller and doesn't quite make it sour but it changes the hop aspects instead of following the nose it makes it more apricot and peach.
M: Softer carbonation nice medium feel finishes clean.
O: This us an outstanding beer, I've loved this series by Tool but this one isn't sour even in the least like the others i've had. Truly a great beer.

Pours a cloudy orange color with a huge off white head that left ample lacing. Smells of tropical fruits with a hint of citrus and some sweet malts. Tastes SOUR, lemon and lemon rind dominate, some under-ripe mango and a hint of sweet malts. Light bodied, very dry mouth feel, well carbonated.

Cloudy, dirty gold color. Excellent lace from a moderate head.
More sweet than sour but with subtle notes of tropical fruits (passion and mango) and citrus rind. Attractive and complex.
Starts mildly sweet but quickly becomes sour. More pedestrian than the smell but still appealing.
