On tap at Brewberry Bar in Paris, France. Poured in a 12.5cl tasting glass. An imperial stout brewed with beetroots and aged in whiskey barrels. If that ain't something! Strong ABV but not that noticeable. The look is great with a pitch black body and a purple head. The sweetness of the beet is balanced by the whiskey acidity. Strong roasted notes. I'd like a thicker mouthfeel but it's a nice beer, a great experience
