Copenhagen 11/8 2018. 50 cl can from Mikkeller & Friends, Torvehallerne. Yellow can with a lot of different sound effects. I especially like Swouf.
Pours opaque dark brown with light beige head. Settles as 1 cm thick, creamy layer of foam crawling up the side of the glass. Substantial lacing.
Aroma is intense and deliciously schizophrenic. Moderately sweet caramel and toffee. Balanced by noteable saltiness and bitterness. Peat. Salt. Espresso coffee.
Soft carbonation. Fat, thick, creamy, soft texture.
Flavor is intense with a heavy sweetness. Followed by strong coffee bitterness. Aftertaste is strongly sweet with a solid alcoholic burn. Lingering for quite a while.
Quite potent Imperial Stout with a lot of taste and smell. And it's not just sweetness.

De Degustasur. En copa Teku. Viendo Los 100 2x02-03. Salina y achocolatada, con abv bien oculto. Algo transciende, pero sin desagradar y por debajo de lo esperarable para 14%

Thanks for sharing the can Chico!
A- Motor oil black tallboy can into a snifter. A toasted nutty cap to a half finger with decent retention and sheets of lace form after the first few sips.
S- The champagne yeast comes on strong and has a vinous overall feel drying out the dark malt profile resulting in a dark chocolate character. Dark dried fruits like fig and raisins and general roasty and sweet caramel.
T- Not sure how well it all balances out but the vinous champagne yeast opens it up with great strength before making way for sweetness, chocolate and saltiness. Boozy grapes, coffee, burnt ashy barley, toasted nuts, figs, plums, raisins and caramel.
MF- Massively thick body with a creamy silky texture. Fairly warm from the booze and an oily sugary slickness.
Champagne yeast is integral to the flavor profile and this is a big boy with deeply roasted grains, sweets, massive dark fruits and salt.

Dark brown, nice head dissapearing pretty quick. Bourbon smell.
Tastes of coffee, vanilla, bourbon of course, roasted barley. Sweet at first, then sour and a final bitter feel.
A lot of alcohol. Luckily the caviar remained only on the label.
A great experience!

Black color with mocha head. Aroma has dark chocolate, liquor and sweet cocoa drink. Taste is quite sweet at first with syrupy malt and chocolate but follows with roasted malt bitterness and coffee beans. Body is quite heavy with smooth carbonation. Quite nice dessert stout.

A: The beer is jet black in color. It poured with a short tan head that died down a bit but consistently left a short head covering the surface, which eventually left just a large patch of bubbles and a narrow collar around the of the glass.
S: Light aromas of dark malts are present in the nose along with hints of citrus.
T: The taste follows the smell and is dominated by flavors of dark malts. Only faint amounts of bitterness are perceptible.
M: It feels medium-bodied on the palate and has a moderate amount of visible carbonation.
O: This beer definitely does not drink like a 14% abv beer. It tastes strong, but as strong as what it comes in at.
