Poured to a Mikkeller tasting glass.
A: Body is yellow and not much dense for the wheat it has. Head is regular.
S: Aroma is sweet and bitter, having the sweetness coming in from the wheat and the small citrusy notes and the bitter end showing off some Mosaic (?) hops.
T: I actually thought this could taste a bit better but the end of the sip feels a bit strange. It's not like a witbier as this page says, nor a regular IPA, nor a wheat IPA, and nothing like an American Wheat Pale Ale. It's weird and it's hard to tell what's wrong.
M: Nominal.
O: Personally I find the taste of the end of the sip a bit off but everything else is cool enough for a drinkable beer.

From Degustasur. In Teku glass. Playing Avernum 3. Pleasant soft hoppy notes and easily drinkable but fails to impress.Didnt find the birch, its herbal notes can be from hops. Very foamy, requiring 2 pours.

On tap in Antwerp. White head with lace. Golden orange color.
The birch shows more than the eucalyptus as I don’t really know what that tastes like. Pine and green. Earthy. Tastes more like a spiced ale than a wheat beer. Very interesting. Somewhat refreshing.
