Copenhagen 22/9 2020. 33 cl can from Føtex, BIG Shopping Center, Herlev. Simple white can with the name of the beer and the O's and A's made out as red geometric forms.
Pours hazy, golden yellow with a medium-sized white head. Settles as thin - almost transparent - layer of foam struggling to cover the surface of the beer. Clinging to the sides of the glass. Moderate lacing.
Aroma is medium intense with a light fruity sweet odor mingling with stronger citric notes. Peach and orange with a light touch of caramel. Citrus and lime.
Strong carbonation. Slightly thick, prickly, tingling and lively texture.
Flavor is medium intense with a light sweetness followed by a stronger citric bitterness. Aftertaste is bitter and lingers shortly. Finish is dry.
Quite fresh and easy to drink and the hard carbonation is good fit for this uncomplicated but refreshing APA.
