Copenhagen 7/7 2019. 33 cl bottle from Meny, Østerfælled Torv, Kbh Ø. A lot of geometric figures 01 to 16. The classic yellow color from To Øls Milk-series.
Pours opaque dark brown with a medium-sized light beige head. Settles as 0,3 cm thick layer of foam managing to cover the surface of the beer. Moderate lacing.
Aroma is fairly intense, sweet and woody. Toffee, brown sugar, Lactose, Sherry, oak, vanilla. Light notes of smoke and metal.
Medium carbonation. Thin, oily, soft yet lively texture.
Flavor is a bit thin compared to the aroma. Medium sweet followed by a more moderate bitterness. Aftertaste is bitter-sweet with a slight overweight to the sweet side. Lingers for a bit.
Smells fantastic but overall a bit thin when it comes to the taste.
