Copenhagen 26/6 2019. 33 cl bottle from Mikkeller Web-shop. Usual To Øl Resevoir Dogs design with the CMYK code for the color “White”.
Pours unclear golden yellow with a big white head. Stable. Settle as 0,5 cm thick layer of foam covering the surface of the beer. Clinging to the sides of the glass. Substantial Lacing.
Aroma is medium intense, fruity and bit perfumed with a sour twist. Sweet peach, touch of caramel, unripe berries. Citrus and lime.
Light carbonation. Thin, oily, smooth and soft texture.
Flavor is medium sweet followed by moderate bitterness. Aftertaste is sweetish. Lingers shortly.
A bit on the thin side and a little subdued.
