12 oz pour at Brus in Copenhagen where they feature a bunch their beers. They collaborated with Finback on this one (yes the irony).
I'm never going to say I love NEIPA's but this one does the job. Perfect balance, as the juiciness required is there but not overwhelming. Just enough to render the 8% undetectable yet not too much to think you're sucking on grapefruit. I added it here since my server said the collaboration took place here in Copenhagen and the freshness proves it. He had a point.
