Pale ale (made with a gluten reduction by an enzyme called brewers clarex) with Citra, Ekuanot, Azacca, Simcoe, Idaho 7.
We’ve now brewed this baby out in our To Øl City brewhouse, tweaking it jussst the way we want it before releasing it back out into the wild. An India Pale Ale Dry Hopped with Citra, Mosiac & Simcoe.
Oh, and it has a very low content of gluten!

Copenhagen 28/7 2021. 33 cl can from Føtex, BIG shopping center, Herlev. Then can is light blue at the bottom changing to red and then yellow.
Pours opaque hazy, pale yellow with a mid-sized white head. Settles as a thin - almost transparent - layer of foam just covering the surface of the beer. Crawling up the sides of the glass. Substantial lacing.
Aroma is fairly intense with sweet stone fruit and tropical fruit mingling with a more subtle citric odor. Peach, pineapple and mango. Citrus and grapefruit.
Light carbonation. Thin, watery, soft, smooth, lightly tingling texture.
Flavor is medium intense with a medium strong sweetness followed by a slightly stronger bitterness. Aftertaste is bitter and lingers for a while. Finish is semi-dry.
Fresh, juicy and easy to drink. As a Session IPA should be.
