Copenhagen 19/1 2019. 33 cl bottle from Meny, Østerfælled Torv, Kbh Ø. Garden in a Blizzard with Garden chair and table on the label.

Pours hazy - to the point of opacity - with medium-sized creamy fluffy head. Settles as 2 cm thick blanket of foam covering the surface of the beer. Clinging to the side of the glass. Substantial lacing.

Aroma is fruity, lemonade-ish with strong sour notes. Tart lemonade, mode moderate odor of exotic fruit like peach and mango. Unripe berries and citrus fruit taking over.

Strong carbonation. Thin, lively texture.

Flavor is medium sweet followed by a strong, citric bitterness. Aftertaste is sour and bitter. Lingering. Dry finish.

A very tart but nice experience which manages to dry the mouth. The wheat suits it well.
