Copenhagen 1/12 2018. 50 cll can from Brønshøj Vinhandel. The can design looks like a Photoshop galore from the nineties.
Pours hazy golden orange with big, persistent white head. Settles as thin, almost transparent layer of foam crawling up the side of the glass. Massive lacing.
Aroma is strong, juicy and dominated by citric odors. Subdued sweet tropical fruit like peach and mango. Strong citric notes of Grape fruit. Hints of decay rummaging in the background.
Soft carbonation. Slightly thick oily, soft texture.
Flavor is medium sweet. Followed by strong, citric bitterness. Aftertaste is prominently bitter with lighter sweet notes. Lingering.
Nice IPA with a good selection of hops. A lot of flavor for a beer with an ABV of 4,7.

On tap at Cardinal Pub & Bar, Stavanger. Mosaic, Amarillo and Simcoe. Slightly hazy golden colour, moderate white head. Moderate aroma of tropical fruits. The flavour is first citrussy, also with hints of tropical fruits, before piney bittering hops take over.

Cerveza dorada con un dedo de espuma de retención media. De cuerpo medio y carbonatación media/alta. Aroma a lúpulo, limón y cáscara de naranja. De sabor cítrico con un retrogusto bastante largo.
