A- Tallboy pour into a snifter with a blue-ish red purpley body and a one finger thick and foamy head. The crown has a great pink hue and fairly good retention. The colors make it a looker. Lacing forms with medium amounts of small webs and sheets.
S- Berries and sour dark fruits blow up in the aroma with a massive strength. Medium touch of lactic acid. The fruits remind me of black cherries and blueberries and overall it takes on a bit of a vinous fruity character.
T- Hmm, maybe a bit more mashed together here as the sourness picks up. Still, a huge overall amount of flavor with high lactic acid sourness and a touch of acetic in the finish. General berry, vinous grape and cherry dark fruit flavors that suit the sourness well. Sour berry wine popsicles.
MF- Puffy and pretty creamy considering the style. The carbonation is at a medium level and for a sour like this it is really smooth and soft. Ends with a big sourness.
Massive berry flavors with a low key great mouthfeel. Berries, vinous notes and an intense sourness.
