Copenhagen 8/9 2020. 33 cl can from Irma, Smedetoften, Kbh NV. Beige can with the name of the beer in green.
Pours slightly unclear yellow with a big white head. Settles as 3 cm thick layer of foam covering the surface of the beer. Moderate lacing.
Aroma is medium intense with a light sweet odor of pale malts and stronger citric notes. Fresh grass and salty whiff.
Medium strong carbonation. Thin, watery, lively, tingling texture.
Flavor is medium sweet followed by a slightly stronger bitterness. Aftertaste is sweetish with a lightly bitter undercurrent. Finish is semi-dry.
Decently bitter and fresh. Pretty straight forward.

i guess herbal is how i would describe. Definitely not your crisp style of pilsner, which is more my speed. This one has more flavors within but not necessarily what i was looking for.

Poured from can, bought in Dublin, Ireland. Pours light straw-gold with snow white, frothy cap. Very slight citrus and sweet grass on nose. Taste follows, with a little tartness and some herbal hoppiness. Nice, blight and fresh with a crisp feel. This is a good pilsner.

Slightly cloudy with 2 fingers of frothy off white head. Grassy and fresh cut straw. Aroma follows on the palate. Medium frothy body. I got this in Phuket where I’m drinking it March 22, 2024.

On tap at Cardinal Pub & Bar, Stavanger. Hazy golden colour, large white head. Nice aroma of herbal hops. Crisp and pleasant pilsener flavour, medium dry, decent herbal hops.

A: The beer is a bit hazy light yellow in color and has a moderate amount of visible carbonation. It poured with a quarter finger high bright white head that left a narrow collar around the edge, a thin film cover the surface, and some streaks of lacing down the sides of the glass.
S: Light to moderate aromas of bready malts are present in the nose along with notes of grassy hops.
T: The taste has flavors of bready malts along with notes of grainy malts and a light to moderate amount of bitterness.
M: It feels light- to medium-bodied and a bit "chewy" on the palate with a moderate amount of carbonation.
O: This pilsner is very easy to drink and the taste has a nice balance between the malty flavors and bitterness.

Very easy drinking pilsner that I would say comparatively has less of a hop bite than Pilsner Urquell and Bitburger. Just upon opening the can you can tell the brewers went all out in making this beer as true as it could be to the style. And as the can says, the flavors are crisp and delicate. I could definitely have more than a couple of these and can see this pairing with just about anything. Well done. Light noble/floral hop aroma flows right into the flavor. Crisp and delicious.
