Copenhagen 2/4 2023. 44 cl can from Kvickly, Nørrebrogade, Kbh. N. Elegant light blue can with the name of the beer broken up like a modern poem.
Pours opaque, hazy, slightly dirty, golden yellow with a small white head. Stable. Settles as thin, flimsy layer of foam, unable of covering the surface of the beer. Clinging to the sides of the glass. Moderate lacing.
Aroma is medium intense with a sweet malty odor mingling with citrus fruit and a bit of flowerbed. Sweet pale malts and caramel. Grapefruit and lemon. Floral fumes.
Light carbonation. Thin, oily, soft, lightly tingling texture.
Flavor is moderately intense and rather watery. Medium strong sweetness followed and balanced by a medium strong bitterness with a sour streak. Lingers shortly. Finish is rather dry.
Decent low alcohol take on a Sessionable IPA.
