AUGUST 2023.
33 cl can (long shelf life), bought from the shelves of Eataly.
It is a (New England) Pale Ale with Equanot hops (already drunk several times even on tap).
Poured to the nose it releases aromas of tropical fruit (mango, pineapple) and citrus fruits.
Deep golden colour, quite opaque ("hazy" due to the yeast used).
Adequate foam: quite abundant but light in consistency, it still remains on top of the beer.
In the mouth, a medium-bodied beer which is characterized by a citrus taste, with reflections of tropical fruit.
On the dry and slightly bitter finish, more herbaceous notes emerge.
Nothing to say, beer that slides down very simply without being watery in the slightest, but leaving a very pleasant and thirst-quenching taste, finding a good balance between structure, fruity taste and dry finish and leaving a light (but very pleasant) bitter note.
It seemed a little low in carbonation to me, but it has a very fresh and fragrant taste and a fair amount of bitterness: a reliable and balanced product.

Pours a hazy light orange with fine head.
Smell is fruity and grassy with notes of citrus and melon. Very crisp.
Taste is fruity, hppy and grassy. Notes of citrus and melon with hints of minerals and herbs. Moderate bitterness, and a quite strong vegetable note on the finish.
Mouthfeel is medium, well carbonated.
Overall, a good APA, could do without the vegetable though.
