Copenhagen 28/6 2020. 50 cl can from Meny, Østerfælled Torv. White can with geometric grid in gold.
Pours unclear golden yellow with a medium-sized white head. Stable. Settles as thin but consistent layer of foam just covering the surface of the beer. Moderate lacing.
Aroma is medium intense with a sweet maltiness and a dry citric sourness. Sweet pale malts, bread and caramel. Grass. Sour citrus and tangerine.
Medium strong carbonation. Thin, watery, lively and tingling texture.
Flavor is medium intense. Medium sweetness followed by a slightly stronger citric bitterness. Aftertaste is bitter. Lingers for a bit. Finish is dry.
Fairly hoppy and dry and pretty light. But not without intensity.
