Copenhagen 30/1 2022. 44 cl can from Kvickly, Nørrebrogade, Kbh. N. The can looks like the picture they put on TV at night when there is no programs.

Pours murky orange with a small white head. Disappears after a few seconds leaving a murky, unhealthy looking substance behind. No lacing.

Aroma is intense with a strong fruity and juicy odor of tropical fruit mingling with citric lemonade. Tropical multi fruit juice, hints of alcohol, lactose, white sugar, lemon and citrus.

Light carbonation. Medium thick, slightly viscous, oily, soft, lightly tingling texture.

Flavor is fairly intense with a medium strong sweetness followed by a slightly stronger tart sourness. Aftertaste is sour and a bit searing. Sweet undertone. Lingers for a while. Finish is dry.

More sour and tropical jam than cheesecake.

 

a most peculiar but very nice sour beer here from to øl, beer is a murky hazy red colour, some sediment rolling around, light pink head quickly dissipates, very sweet and fragrant nose, werther’s original, strawberry, raspberry, lactose, caramel, a certain floral quality to it, hint of bready biscuity malt, very sweet and fruity to taste too, caramel, toffee, fresh strawberry, raspberry, candy milk bottles, nice levels of sourness, no bitterness on the finish, very light and refreshing, smooth and easy drinking, overall a very nice and fun beer
