Copenhagen 17/2 2022. 44 cl cam from Østerbro Vin & Spiritus (formerly Gunnar Madsen Vinhandel). Can is going for yellow at the bottom to blue at the top and manages to visit purple on the way.
Pours opaque hazy golden amber with a big white head. Settles as a thin, uneven layer of foam struggling to cover the surface of the beer. Substantial lacing.
Aroma is fairly intense with a sweet, slightly perfumed odor of stone fruit mingling with subtle citric notes. Peach and apricot. Pineapple. Floral touch of elderberry. subtle hints of grapefruit.
Light carbonation. Slightly thick, watery, soft, lightly tingling texture.
Flavor is medium intense with a fairly strong sweetness followed by a medium strong bitterness. Aftertaste is bitter with a sweet streak. Lingers for a while, Finish is dry.
Light, refreshing and entirely quaffable.

I wrote about this before: To Øl are masters of the light, low ABV IPA category (even though they also have some really nice heavier IPAs). The name is a bit misleading, initially I expected something like a Quad... something. But is actually is a hazy IPA that drinks every easy, more on the bitter/hoppy end - not on the fruity end. Loved it very much.

We love reviews (150 characters or more)! Check out: How to Review a Beer. You don't need to get fancy. Drop some thoughts on the beer's attributes (look, smell, taste, feel) plus your overall impression. Something that backs up your rating and helps others. Thanks!
