Copenhagen 7/3 2022. 50 cl can from Meny, Rotunden, Hellerup. Simple black can with the very expressive name of the beer spelt out in three parts.
Pours opaque murky dark brown with a mid-sized dense beige head. Settles as 2 cm thick, sharply defined layer of foam covering the surface of the beer. Substantial lacing.
Aroma is medium intense and perhaps dampened by the foam. Sweet odor of dark malts mingling with a salty whiff of crackers and seasalt. Caramel and toffee. Biscuits. Roastiness.
Light carbonation. Slightly thick, oily, soft, smooth, gently tingling texture.
Flavor is medium intense with a medium strong sweetness followed and balanced by a medium strong bitterness. Aftertaste is bitter. Lingers for a while. Finish is rather dry.
Silken soft and well-balanced. They seem to be pretty enthusiastic about their pressure tank.

Dry stout, som virkelig er tør. Den har ikke megen aroma, mest tør malt. Intet carbonering. Lidt for tør, alt for kedelig
