Copenhagen 12/3 2023. 44 cl can from Meny, Rotunden, Hellerup. Colorful can in orange, purple, green, yellow and blue with the information about the beer listed up in careful order.
Pours opaque, hazy, golden yellow with a big, fluffy, white head. Stable. Settles as uneven, lumpy layer of foam struggling to cover the surface of the beer. Clinging to the sides of the glass. Substantial lacing.
Aroma is medium intense with a sweet, fermented scent of ripe stone fruits mingling with a subtle odor of citrus fruit. Mango and peach. Grapefruit with a touch of pine tree.
Light carbonation. Slightly thick, oily, soft, lightly tingling texture.
Flavor is medium intense with a medium strong sweetness followed by a slightly stronger bitterness. Aftertaste is bitter. A bit harsh. Lingers for a while. Finish is rather dry.
Not too boozy but with a fermented touch. Dry and bitter.
