Copenhagen 3/10 2021. 75 cl bottle from Føtex, Mimersgade, Kbh. N. Simple off-white label looking very recyclable simply stating the name of beer and brewery.
Pours unclear maroon with a red hue. A small white head high settles like a thin patch of foam unable of covering the surface of the beer. No lacing.
Aroma is moderately intense with a sweet, malty, lightly sugary odor mingling with a light grainy sourness. Brown sugar, caramel, sweet bread.
Light carbonation. Slightly thick, oily, almost flat texture.
Flavor is medium intense with a fairly strong sweetness followed by a light bitterness. Aftertaste is sweet and lingers for a while. Finish is semi-dry.
A bit on the sweet and flat side.
