Copenhagen 27/6 2024. 44 cl can from Meny, Toftegårds Plads, Valby. Can in To Øl's usual design for their numbered DIPAs in metallic grey and pink.
Pours opaque hazy, golden yellow with big white head. Stable. Settles as thin, fine layer of foam stretching to cover the surface of theater. Clinging to the sides of the glass. No lacing to speak of.
Aroma is medium intense with a sweet odor of tropical fruit mingling with fermented boozy scent. Zesty citric notes. Pineapple and mango. Grapefruit and lime.
Light carbonation. Medium thick, oily, soft, lightly tingling texture.
Flavor is medium intense with a medium strong sweetness followed by a slightly stronger bitterness. Aftertaste is bitter. Lingers for a while. Finish is quite dry.
Quite light and not too boozy despite a considerable ABV.
