Copenhagen 7/9 2023. 44 cl can from Kvickly, Nørrebrogade, Kbh. N. Grey can which looks a bit like the vacation plan for a Health Care institution.
Pours opaque murky orange with small chunky pieces of fruit floating about. A mid-sized white head. Stable. Settles as thin, almost transparent layer of foam stretching to cover the surface of the beer. Substantial lacing.
Aroma is medium intense with a sweet fermented fruity odor mingling with tart berries and citrus. Sweet banana and rhubarb. White sugar. Whiff of alcohol. Tart currants and lemon.
Light carbonation. Medium thick, oily, soft, smooth, almost flat texture.
Flavor is medium intense with a medium strong sweetness followed and balanced by a medium strong tart sourness. Aftertaste is sour and lingers for a bit. Finish is semi-dry.
Well balanced and soft with a sour aftertaste.
