Copenhagen 29/3 2023. 44 cl can from Meny, Borups Allé, Frb. F. White can with a lot of small black blocks in long lines in intricate patterns. Apparently some kind of production sponsored by the Supermarket chain Meny.
Pours opaque hazy orange with a big white head. Settles as uneven, lumpy and frothy layer of foam stretching to cover the surface of the beer. Substantial lacing.
Aroma is medium intense with a sweet scent of tropical fruit mingling with a more subdued scent of citrus fruit. Peach, pineapple and mango. Lemon and lime.
Slightly thick, oily, soft, a bit viscous, almost flat texture.
Flavor is medium intense with a rather strong sweetness followed by a medium strong bitterness. Aftertaste is bitter with a notable sweet undertone. Lingers fir a while, Finish is semi-dry.
Quite sweet India Pale Ale - and a bit on the flat side.
