Copenhagen 24/3 2023. 44 cl can from Meny, Rotunden, Hellerup. Colorful can in all the rainbow’s colors.
Pours opaque hazy golden yellow with big white head. Stable. Settles as 3 cm thick layer of foam covering the surface of the beer. Substantial lacing.
Aroma is medium intense with a sweet odor of stone fruit mingling with tart fruity scents. Peach and pineapple. Green grapes, lemon and gooseberries.
Light carbonation. Medium thick, oily, soft, smooth, almost flat texture.
Flavor is medium intense with a medium strong sweetness followed and balanced by a medium strong bitterness. Aftertaste is bitter and a bit tart. Lingers for a bit. Finish is dry.
Nice display of Enigma’s qualities in a well-balanced and pleasant Indian Pale Ale.
